This course provides an overview of the Securities & Exchange Commission’s (SEC) filing process. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to: Identify key steps necessary to perform an SEC filing using the EDGAR system; Differentiate between current and periodic forms filed with the SEC; Recognize the key aspects of the SEC’s filing review process and how to retrieve SEC comment letters from certain entities; Identify best practices for communicating with the Office of the Chief Accountant
